Maroon Hosting provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, VPS hosting, and website design services. All services are subject to availability and our acceptable use policy.

3. Payment & Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to suspend services on non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to host illegal content, send spam, conduct phishing attacks, or otherwise violate applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Uptime & Service Levels

We offer a 99.99% uptime SLA on hosting services. In the event of downtime attributable to our infrastructure, service credits will be applied in accordance with our SLA policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maroon Hosting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
